Mr. Phongthep Rungrotkankhun, Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications Department, Land and Houses Public Company Limited, represented the company in receiving the Thailand Best Developer Engagement Home Award 2026 from Ms. Kwanfa Chinchet, Chief Operating Officer of Living Insider Company Limited, at the LivingInsider Thailand Developer Awards 2026 event
The Thailand Best Developer Engagement Home Award 2026 reflects the interest of users searching for homes on the LivingInsider platform, determined by actual usage data and measured by the total number of clicks on each brand's home listings. According to LivingInsider statistics, Land and Houses is the housing real estate developer brand that received outstanding interest from users on the platform, with the highest total number of clicks on its home listings.
This award therefore did not come from voting, but reflects the actual behavior of users during their search, comparison, and consideration of housing through LivingInsider. The Thailand Best Developer Engagement Home Award 2026 is thus another recognition of Land and Houses' ability to attract the attention of home searchers on the platform, and reflects the strength of the brand in Thailand's housing market.
Mr. Phongthep Rungrotkankhun said, “This award does not only mean that Land and Houses is the developer most searched for on LivingInsider, but it means that people looking for a home have given us the opportunity to be one of their choices, which makes us proud. Importantly, we have the responsibility to develop both our products and services in order to deliver a better quality of living to the residents who choose Land and Houses. On this occasion, I would like to thank our customers, partners, and the team who made this award possible, as well as the judging committee and LivingInsider.”
LivingInsider Thailand Developer Awards 2026 is one of the year's major award ceremonies, held for the fourth time to honor and celebrate real estate developers, leaders, and organizations that play important roles in creating and raising the standards of the Thai real estate industry, because behind every outstanding project, there is not only a building or living space, but also vision, creativity, an understanding of people, and the courage to create something new.
LivingInsider Thailand Developer Awards 2026 was therefore established to jointly celebrate those who make a difference in multiple dimensions, including project development, design, innovation, quality of living, sustainability, as well as vision and leadership, so that every intention, every idea, and every success that helps drive the Thai real estate industry is seen and honored with dignity.
