Supalai Public Company Limited is moving forward strongly in building business growth in Australia. In the first half of 2026, the company recorded pre-sales of 420 million Australian dollars, or approximately 9,500 million baht*, representing 62% of its full-year sales target of 680 million Australian dollars, or approximately 15,000 million baht, reflecting the strength of its investment portfolio and performance in line with plan
Dr. Prasarn Tungmatitham, Director of Supalai Australia Holdings Pty Ltd said that the company’s ability to generate sales of 420 million Australian dollars, or 62% of the full-year target, within just the first 6 months underscores Supalai’s capability in selecting investment opportunities and high-quality project management companies, while continuously creating growth.
The company aims to build a balanced portfolio by choosing to invest in locations with real demand and diversifying investments across multiple states to accommodate differences in market conditions in each city, prioritizing investments in cities with strong fundamentals, including population growth, employment, and housing supply that remains insufficient to meet demand, which are key factors driving continuous business growth.

Dr. Prasarn added that the housing market in Brisbane, Queensland, is currently a key driver of the company’s business growth in Australia. In the first half of the year, it generated sales accounting for 43% of total sales, the highest proportion, driven by still-strong demand while new supply entering the market remains limited, resulting in housing prices continuing to rise.
As for the housing market in Melbourne, Victoria, although still in a recovery phase, the company continues to invest carefully. In 2026, it has already closed sales on 2 projects: Arcadia Officer and Brunswick Yard, with a combined project value of over 190 million Australian dollars, or approximately 4,280 million baht**
(**Both projects have been progressively sold and had ownership transferred continuously over the past several years. The stated value is the total value over the entire project development period, not sales or revenue generated solely in the first half of 2026.) This reflects that selecting locations and developing projects that meet market needs continues to deliver strong performance even in a challenging market.

In addition, the company has a sales backlog awaiting revenue recognition (Backlog as of June 30, 2569) totaling 489 million Australian dollars, or approximately 11,000 million baht*, with more than half of that amount coming from projects in Queensland, reflecting the strength of the project portfolio and helping to continuously support the company’s performance in the second half of the year
With the performance in the first half of the year, combined with a robust sales backlog (Backlog), the company is confident it can achieve its 2569 sales target of 680 million Australian dollars, or approximately 15,000 million baht*, as planned, while continuing to expand investments in high-potential locations and create quality growth, making the Australian business another key driver of Supalai’s long-term growth
