Reaffirming the potential of a World Destination that meets the needs of HNWIs and those seeking second homes, focusing on transferring big lots in newly completed projects, led by THE TITLE Heritage Bang-Tao, together with a strong backlog of 22,981 million baht. Committed to sustainable growth with financial discipline and liquidity management, expects to recognize revenue on target at 6,000 million baht
Mr. Dron Hutajuta, Chief Executive Officer of Rompo Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a subsidiary of Assetwise (ASW), stated that in the first half of 2026 (Jan.-Jun. 2026) the company maintained steady growth, generating total revenue of 2,004 million baht, an increase of 377% (YoY) compared to the same period of 2025
Meanwhile, net profit stood at 293 million baht, growing 1,358% (YoY), with the key supporting factor being the progressive revenue recognition of the newly completed project “THE TITLE Serenity Naiyang”, with a project value of 4,000 million baht, which achieved strong transfer figures despite being outside the tourist season

“With over 15 years of expertise in residential development in Phuket, we know the area and understand market needs, enabling us to develop products that meet the expectations of both Thai and foreign customers. We also have a network of partners and professional agents of multiple nationalities who speak the same language as our customers, which further builds customer confidence and trust. In the past second quarter, the company was also able to grow new sales by up to 15% (YoY) even during the Low Season
and amid tensions arising from the Middle East situation At the same time, our payment structure, which collects up to 75% of the transfer payment from customers in advance before handover, has kept the Cancellation Rate at nearly 0% across all TITLE projects. This allows TITLE to consistently generate sales and recognize revenue throughout the year, whether during High or Low Season” said Mr. Dron.
Mr. Dron added that the second half of the year marks an important period for Phuket as it enters the High Season from late Q3/2026 through Q1/2027, when travel activity is expected to pick up, driven by the government’s push for Seaplane flights and increased direct international flights, such as the London Heathrow–Phuket route launching in late 2026, which will help attract more tourists and HNWIs to the area
When combined with Phuket's strengths—including its infrastructure, natural beauty, lifestyle destinations, international schools, plans to develop into a Medical Hub, and long-term visa policies—these not only stimulate tourism growth but also reinforce its potential as a World Destination, meeting the needs of those seeking Long Stay residence and a Second Home.

For operations in the second half of 2026, in addition to preparing to launch new projects during the High Season, TITLE is also focused on driving transfers at newly completed projects. In Q3/2026, the company will continue handing over units at THE TITLE Serenity Naiyang from the previous quarter, while beginning transfers at a flagship project, “THE TITLE Heritage Bang-Tao”, valued at 6,000 million baht.
This is a key project that will help drive revenue recognition in the second half of the year, along with “THE TITLE Cielo Rawai”, valued at 1,200 million baht, which will support continued growth. Meanwhile, in Q4/2026, additional revenue is expected to be recognized from “THE TITLE Villa Estella Naiyang”, TITLE's first luxury villa project valued at 500 million baht, which is 100% Sold Out and is scheduled for completion by the end of this year.

Furthermore, TITLE also had a sales backlog awaiting revenue recognition of more than 22,981 million baht as of the end of Q2/2026, which is expected to help generate revenue recognition from this year through 2028.
TITLE continues to strengthen its financial position by expanding its Recurring Income portfolio through investments in the Hospitality business, preparing to launch “The Salute”, the company's first beachfront beach club-style restaurant, by the end of this year.
Following the development of Mingle community malls in various prime locations, including Naiyang Beach, Bang Tao-Cherngtalay, and Kamala. In addition, three new hotel projects are currently being developed in partnership with global partner IHG Hotels & Resorts to increase flexibility in the revenue structure and create cash flow to support long-term sustainable growth.

“Currently, the Phuket real estate market is facing higher competition, but we still see growth opportunities from strong demand worldwide, as reflected in TITLE’s performance with continuous sales and transfer figures. This gives us confidence that we can achieve our revenue target of 6,000 million baht as set.
Nevertheless, TITLE aims to grow on a solid foundation. We therefore prioritize liquidity management and financial discipline, along with closely evaluating the situation from all angles, so that TITLE is ready to seize every opportunity and adapt flexibly in any market condition,” said Mr. Darong.
