For rent Office Ratchadaphisek, Huai Khwang, Sutthisan, Thailand Cultural Centre, Meng Jai – A Prime Location for Both Work and Lifestyle

The Ratchadaphisek, Huai Khwang, Sutthisan, Thailand Cultural Centre, and Meng Jai areas are among Bangkok’s most well-rounded locations, surrounded by essential facilities and lifestyle conveniences. The area is fully equipped with everything needed for daily living, including hospitals, educational institutions, shopping malls, and popular retail destinations—especially well-known community hubs such as The Street Ratchada, Esplanade Ratchadaphisek, and Central Rama 9. In addition, this zone is also a major hub for nightlife and entertainment.

This area also stands out for its excellent transportation network, with multiple MRT lines running through both current and future routes. It is conveniently located near the Si Rat Expressway and the Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway, making it easy for car owners to commute into the city. Moreover, the area is home to the Embassy of China, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and many important office buildings.

  • Ratchadaphisek: Originally built as Bangkok’s first ring road to ease traffic congestion, Ratchadaphisek Road has evolved significantly. The section considered the New CBD is on the eastern side, particularly from the Asok Montri intersection to the Ratchayothin intersection. This stretch is home to key landmarks such as the Office of the Attorney General, major office buildings along Ratchadaphisek Road, the Embassy of China, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and numerous corporate offices.
  • Huai Khwang: A major commercial, service, and residential district of Bangkok, connected by important roads such as Phetchaburi Road, Asok Montri Road, and Rama 9 Road. The district is served by up to nine mass-transit stations, including five MRT Blue Line stations, one Yellow Line station, and three additional Orange Line stations currently under construction.
  • Sutthisan: Officially known as Sutthisan Winitchai Road, stretching from Saphan Khwai intersection to the bridge over Lat Phrao Canal, with a total length of approximately 4.5 km. Initially, development was concentrated around the Saphan Khwai side, but it later expanded toward Ratchadaphisek following the opening of the MRT Sutthisan Station and the rise of Ratchada as the New CBD.
  • Thailand Cultural Centre: Officially called the Thailand Cultural Centre, this is a major venue for exhibitions, performances, and conferences. Located on Thiam Ruam Mit Road in Huai Khwang District, the surrounding area is filled with important landmarks such as Esplanade Ratchada, The Street Ratchada, AIA Capital Center, and the MRT Thailand Cultural Centre Station.
  • Meng Jai: Also known as the Pracha Uthit intersection, this large intersection is located on Pracha Uthit Road near the Thailand Cultural Centre. The name “Meng Jai” originated from a Chinese restaurant that once operated in the area. Today, Meng Jai has become a popular dining and café district, as well as an emerging residential area with more affordable prices compared to Ratchadaphisek, while still being close to the MRT Huai Khwang Station.
