Lalin Property Public Company Limited (LALIN) ignites a new era of home design for 2020 as the first real estate developer in Thailand to introduce French-style house designs, offering a perfect choice that combines beauty and function in perfect harmony
‘Le Corbusier’ A new inspiration with the Modern Geometry concept. Lalin Property has adopted the design philosophy of ‘Le Corbusier’ emphasizing “function or usability” as the heart of design. A house should truly serve the practical needs of its residents.
Whenever a house is built from components that each serve their own purpose—such as allowing light in for hygiene, allocating sufficient space for one’s lifestyle, or arranging furniture priorities excellently—that house will provide comfort and everything necessary for its residents without further embellishment. This harmonious interior function is precisely what elevates architecture constructed with simple materials, making it stand out clearly.
Another concept of Le Corbusier that Lalin Property has applied is the Le Modulor theory, or the principle of human proportion (Human Scale), to determine the scale of elements in architecture to achieve the perfect fit.
From the size of the house suited to its residents, the reach distances for picking up objects or the placement of furniture within the home, to determining the proportions of spaces to create functions that serve the intended use of each area and harmonious living in society.
Introducing new house designs with 2 new detached house and townhome projects, ‘Lalin Town Lanceo Creep and Lio Bliss’, in 2020. Lalin Property has revamped its detached house and townhome projects with modern designs distinct from other current projects, blending modern architectural concepts with designs that answer the needs of the new generation.
Offering a variety of usable space sizes, suitable for medium-sized to large families. Experience the perfect blend of natural charm and architecture, complete with a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, and a Modern Geometry-style central park with contemporary geometric forms.
Lalin Property believes that ‘the most beautiful home is not just about design or decoration alone. A home must prioritize everyday living, being a place where everyone can use every area, filling each space with warmth and recharging the energy of everyone in the house’
This is the great inspiration that led Lalin Property to step in as a real estate developer. We are committed to creating quality residences with modern appearances in prime locations, with impressive service at a worthwhile price, under the philosophy “A home built on good intentions”
