Most recently, it was entrusted to manage 2 condominium projects in Khon Kaen province: The Origin Campus Khon Kaen with 492 units and Origin Place Khon Kaen–Kanlapaphruek with 442 units, for a total of 934 units, reflecting confidence in the company's project management standards while continuously supporting business expansion into provincial markets.

This has led to growing demand for quality housing and professional project management services.

Taking on the management of these 2 new projects marks a significant step for Primo in expanding its services into high-potential major cities. This is not merely about increasing the number of projects in its portfolio, but about bringing standards, personnel, and efficient management systems to help preserve asset value and enhance the quality of life of residents in each area.
PMM Property Management Company Limited, or PMM, a subsidiary of PRI, will be responsible for the condominium juristic person management of both projects, covering common property management, budget and finance, building systems and maintenance, security, environment, as well as providing convenience and assistance to co-owners and residents.
In addition, the management model and staffing levels will be designed to suit the physical characteristics of the common areas and the specific needs of each project, ensuring efficient management, appropriate cost control, and consistently maintained service standards.

The Origin Campus Khon Kaen project is a condominium near Khon Kaen University under the Minimal Japanese Style concept, while the Origin Place Khon Kaen–Kanlapaphruek project is a condominium in the city center under the Wellness Living concept. Primo will adjust its management approach to meet the distinct characteristics of each project and the different lifestyles of the residents.
