SC Extends Live and Learn Home, Inviting Visits to 8 New Home Series Across 19 Locations Over the Final 4 Months, Aiming for Sold Out on Over 19 Housing Projects Worth More Than THB 25.6 Billion

SC reaffirms its success as a leader in quality premium homes, expecting to sell out a total of 19 housing projects with a combined project value of over 25,600 million baht by year-end, after continuously organizing marketing activities and progressively revamping home functions to win over consumers. The company continues to advance the Live and Learn Home concept—homes built from real life—redesigning existing house plans and transforming 8 series across 19 potential locations, spanning diverse brands and segments, in line with real living insights, adaptable to residents’ lives. Inviting everyone to explore the many new functions designed from Unmet Needs at year-end

Mr. Mongkol Techolarat, Managing Director of the Horizontal Property Development and Marketing Business Group at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), revealed that in recent periods SC has continuously emphasized developing products that match the needs of residents in each location and each target group. As a result, in 2026 the company expects to close sales (Sold Out) of approximately 19 detached housing and townhome projects under its portfolio, with a combined project value of over 25,600 million baht

These consist of 4 projects already sold out, such as Connazer Phatthanakan, Grand Bangkok Boulevard Ratchaphruek–Pin Klao, V Compound Tiwanon–Rangsit, and Workplace Ram Intra–Phaya Suren, plus another 15 projects nearing sell-out, such as Grand Bangkok Boulevard Suk Sawat–Rama 3, Grand Bangkok Boulevard Krungthep Kreetha, and Bangkok Boulevard Signature Westgate

“SC’s success in closing sales of its housing projects stems from interconnected work: positioning products appropriately for target groups, running marketing activities that continuously reach consumers, and applying real living insights to develop home functions. SC places great importance on understanding the needs of customers in each segment and each location before developing functions and usable spaces that answer real-life living needs, which helps create differentiation and boosts consumer confidence in the decision to buy an SC home” said Mr. Mongkol.

In Q4/2026, SC will continue advancing the Live and Learn Home concept to differentiate SC’s home brands—from product development and Space Design through to after-sales experience. The concept has been communicated through various channels, such as the development of the Live and Learn Home campaign—homes built from real life—along with Music Marketing through the song “Live and Learn,” reflecting space design that can adapt to different lifestyles

Mr. Nattakit Sirirat, Deputy Managing Director of Marketing and Innovation at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, or SC, stated that SC’s goal is to make the Individual-Centric concept a reality in every step of residential development. The company has therefore undertaken initiatives in multiple areas to better understand and gain deeper insight into consumer behavior.

For example, hiring research firms to survey residents’ living experiences, requiring executives at all levels to personally visit and observe how residents live and use their homes, and requiring executives to listen to both complaints and compliments through the company’s Call Center. This has resulted in Live and Learn Home — homes built from consumers’ real lives, homes that adapt to changing lifestyles.

“For house designs under this concept, we have translated consumer insights into new solutions and Space Designs to better answer real living needs, reflected across 19 projects under 5 brands: Grand Bangkok Boulevard, Bangkok Boulevard Signature, Bangkok Boulevard, Venue ID, and The Pavilion. We have developed various spaces to match the lives of the people in the home, such as Double Living with flexible usage, Equitable Bedroom — sibling bedrooms of equal size,

Secondary Pantry — a multipurpose second-floor space — and His & Her Walk-in Closet, as well as Cinematic Space for those who want a more open home closer to nature, featuring a Living area with high ceilings and large windows that open up wider garden views, and Open Space Living that allows family members to pursue different activities in the same space while still feeling they are spending time together,” said Mr. Nattakit.

The Live and Learn Home campaign comes with the concept of “Homes... that adapt to changing lives, from SC,” featuring 8 new house series across 19 potential locations, covering the Grand Bangkok Boulevard, Bangkok Boulevard Signature, Bangkok Boulevard, and Venue brands in a variety of locations, with contemporary-styled house designs. SC has currently launched 4 series: Cape Dutch Revival, Modern Tropical, Pause Series, and Mid-Century Modern.

Those interested can visit the new features of the homes across all 19 potential locations under Live and Learn Home during the final 4 months of this year at each project site.
