Sena Development Public Company Limited, or SENA, a leader in sustainable housing, announced its Q2/2026 operating results with total revenue of 1,520 million baht, growing 20.3% compared to the same period last year. For the first six months, total revenue was 2,736 million baht, up 9.7% (YoY), reflecting the growth of the services business, clean energy, and electric vehicles, which have helped diversify income sources and further strengthen the Group’s business structure for the first half of 2026

The Company maintained the strength of its business amid a volatile economy and real estate market, with total sales of 10,512 million baht, accounting for 80% of the full-year target, total recognized revenue of 2,736 million baht, and net profit of 180 million baht. Although net profit was under pressure from increased financial costs and expenses, the Company still maintained its sales level and gross profit margin from its core business, while continuing to pursue growth opportunities from Green businesses in both electric vehicles and solar, as well as the gradual transfer of ownership of LivNex units, which will be an important base supporting revenue in the second half of the year

Miss Athika Bunrodchu, Assistant Managing Director, Funding and Investment Division, Sena Development Public Company Limited, revealed that “For Q2 2026,  total sales were 10,512 million baht, consisting of real estate sales for sale of 7,926 million baht and sales from LivNex of 2,586 million baht

and the Company had revenue from real estate ownership transfers of 1,822 million baht Total recognized revenue from all business types was 2,736 million baht, with gross profit of 845 million baht, representing 31%, profit before financial costs, share of profit and taxes of 460 million baht, and net profit of 180 million baht, representing 6% of total revenue. However, with the increased recognized revenue, the Company still has circulating cash flow and maintains its D/E ratio at 1.31 times

Over the past 6 months, the Company recognized revenue from the ownership transfer of LivNex rental units (Om Ban) totaling 83 units, with a transfer value of 176 million baht. Continuous ownership transfers are expected to begin in the second half of the year. Currently, the Company has 865 LivNex units under contract, valued at 1,800 million baht, awaiting gradual revenue recognition

As of June 30, 2026, the Company has a revenue backlog of approximately 10,556 million baht, of which approximately 8,544 million baht is expected to be recognized as revenue in 2026 and approximately 2,012 million baht in 2027. Meanwhile, the business group under the SENA Green Lifestyle Platform, which connects housing, solar energy, and electric vehicles, is a business group with high growth potential. The electric vehicle business saw sales increase by 455%, while the solar business revenue grew 63% compared to the same period last year, reflecting the potential of the Green business as a New S-Curve that helps create new revenue streams, enhances competitiveness, and supports the strength of the real estate business amid the limitations of growth in the traditional model

SENA believes that competition in the real estate business today is measured not only by location and selling price, but also by the ability to help reduce customers’ “cost of living” after moving in, including electricity bills, transportation costs, and long-term energy expenses. The company therefore leverages its expertise in clean energy and electric vehicles to enhance the development of quality housing, in order to create differentiation, meet the lifestyle needs of modern consumers, and drive sustainable growth, under the vision of being a “Lifelong Trusted Partner” ready to take care of customers’ living needs at every stage of life
