Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) has received a corporate credit rating upgrade to the level of “BBB” with a “Stable” credit rating outlook from TRIS Rating, up from the previous BBB- level with a Positive outlook, reflecting the strength of its financial position and continuously growing operating performance throughout the 5 years since its listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
ASW has set a strategy of developing projects in Strategic Locations covering Bangkok, the surrounding metropolitan area, the EEC, and expanding its investment portfolio into Phuket province through an investment in Rompo Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a specialist in real estate development in World Destination locations, jointly developing Leisure Residence projects under the “THE TITLE” brand, which has been well received by both Thai and foreign customers, while extending into the Hospitality business, including hotels and restaurants, to increase the proportion of Recurring Income and strengthen the long-term revenue structure
In addition, the company continues to progressively deliver condominium projects in the Bangkok zone, especially projects under the Kave brand, which have established leadership in the Campus Condo market and received a good response from students, young people, and parents, as well as other brands such as Atmoz, Modiz, and The Honor, with strengths in location, design, and product quality, resulting in many projects achieving success in both sales and value creation, while serving as a key driver of the company's sustainable growth
ASW's backlog of sales awaiting revenue recognition as of the end of Q1/2026 totaled 38,010 million baht, which will be progressively recognized as revenue through 2028, with highlights including newly completed projects ready for transfer in the second half of the year such as THE TITLE Heritage Bang-Tao with a total value of 6,000 million baht and THE TITLE Serenity Naiyang with a total value of 4,000 million baht, which have already achieved sales of over 77%
This credit rating upgrade marks another important milestone for ASW, reflecting the results of its business portfolio diversification strategy, coupled with financial discipline and efficient business management, including the development of residential projects across multiple segments
The expansion into the Leisure Residence business in Phuket province and the diversification of investments into businesses that generate Recurring Income to Diversify revenue sources and strengthen the business structure further reinforce its strong financial position and long-term growth potential, in order to create value for shareholders, investors, customers, and all stakeholders
