The layout includes a separate bedroom, living area, dedicated workspace, kitchen, bathroom and private balcony, giving you enough separation between sleeping, working and relaxing — particularly useful for longer stays. Parking is available subject to building conditions and prior arrangement. ⸻ Where you’ll be 📍 PLOENCHIT — CENTRAL BANGKOK The apartment is located in Soi Nai Lert, Ploenchit, giving you convenient access to both Sukhumvit and Bangkok’s central business and shopping districts. 🚆 Approx. 5–7 minutes walk to BTS Ploenchit Nearby areas and destinations include: • Central Embassy • Central Chidlom • Wireless Road & the embassy district • Nana • Asoke • Siam • CentralWorld • Lumphini Park • Sukhumvit’s restaurants, cafés and nightlife Convenience stores, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everyday services are also available nearby. The location is particularly convenient for guests working around Ploenchit, Chidlom, Wireless Road, Nana and Asoke. ⸻ 🏙️ CONDOMINIUM Unlike some of Bangkok’s very large high-rise developments, this is a smaller residential condominium, giving it a more private and residential feel. You still have the conveniences you would expect for a longer stay, including a rooftop pool, fitness room, parking and 24-hour security. ⸻ Other things to note 🔊 A NOTE ABOUT CITY LIVING The apartment has city and expressway views, so some Bangkok traffic noise may be heard. To make the bedroom more comfortable, we have installed an additional layer of sound-insulating windows, creating a double-window barrier that significantly helps reduce outside noise. This setup has worked well for our previous guests. That said, everyone’s sensitivity to sound is different.
